2. Payment

BilletExpressen receives payment via the following Danish and foreign issued credit and debit cards:

  • Dankort 
  • VISA/Dankort 
  • VISA/Visa Electron 
  • Eurocard/Mastercard 

The amount will only be raised on your card when tickets are sent from billetexpressen.dk. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase.

3. Delivery

DYou can have your tickets delivered in four different ways. For each event one or more options are offered:

  • Via web: TICKET-PRINT - delivery feer DKK 0,00
  • Via mobile: TICKET-SMS - delivery fee DKK 0,00
  • Via post - delivery fee DKK 40,00
  • Via the ticket office at the organizer - delivery fee DKK 0,00.

To receive your tickets, you must have a valid email address. Tickets - which are not received by post - must be print and bringed to the event by yourself.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have no right of cancellation when you buy tickets at billetexpressen.dk, cf. Consumer Agreement § 18, Act. 2, No. 12.

5. The ticket

The ticket is your ticket to an event. It is provided with a barcode and is valid only when the barcode is enabled.

The barcode is only accepted once. If it is attempted to be scanned at the entrance more than once, it is rejected.

If you are prevented from using your ticket, you can sell it at www.buymyticket.dk or give it to a friend. Please note that it is illegal to sell overpriced tickets in Denmark.

6. Refunds

In the event of cancellation, it is the organizer's responsibility to secure a refund of the ticket price. BilletExpressen has no responsibility for a refund, but strives to ensure that the refund is completed. No fees are refunded as well as any shipping costs.

7. Cancellation

An event is canceled if it's not completed.

Changes in program, date or partial completion, etc. is not a cancellation and tickets for the event are usually non-refundable. Read any information about the event.

8. Complaint

Any complaints relating to the event itself are addressed to the organizer. Complaints in connection with the ticket purchase are addressed to support@billetexpressen.dk.

9. Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact support@billetexpressen.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal, which will, however, mainly be relevant if you are a consumer domiciled outside Denmark. 10. Fees

BilletExpressen sells tickets between organizers (Partners) and the audience. BilletExpressens revenue comes from fees for this service. All fees are clearly stated in connection with the individual arrangement.

The following fees are available at BilletExpressen:

  • Ticket Fee - for all tickets purchased through the web, mobile, customer service or ticket office (per ticket)
  • Postal fee - shipping fee for tickets sent by post (per shipment)
  • SMS fee - reminder fee for reminders sent as SMS (per SMS)
  • Compensation Fee - Service Fee for Lost / Damaged Tickets (Per Expedition and Per Ticket)

There is no shipping fee when delivering TICKET-PRINT tickets to your email address.

10.1. Ticket Fee - for all tickets

A fee is payable for all tickets issued through BilletExpressen ApS. Each organizer determines the amount of the fee the audience must pay. The organizer also determines whether the fee is included in the price or charged separately.

10.2. TICKET-PRINT fee – FREE

There is no shipping fee on delivery of TICKET-PRINT tickets to your email address.

10.3. Postal fee - optional

If you choose to have your ticket printed, your ticket will be sent to you by mail. It costs DKK 40.00 in shipping fee regardless of the number of tickets.

10.4. SMS free – optional

If you want to receive a TICKET-SMS with a reminder of the event, it costs DKK 10.00.

10.5. Compensation fee - when the accident is out

If you have lost or damaged your ticket, BilletExpressen can help you with a new ticket before the event. It costs DKK 75 in handling fee regardless of the number of tickets - plus DKK 10 for each ticket to be replaced.

11.The relationship between the ticket buyer (customer), the organizer and BilletExpressen ApS

  • BilletExpressen makes its ticket system available to the organizer and the customer.
  • BilletExpressen is solely the agent for the sale of tickets, products and services between the customer and the organizer.
  • BilletExpressen cannot be held responsible for the organizer's events.
  • The purchase agreement is subject to the general rules of Danish law. The agreement is only binding once the purchase has been approved and payment has been made.
  • You have no right of cancellation when you buy tickets at billetexpressen.dk, cfConsumer Agreement § 18, Act. 2, No. 12.

12. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information when you create a profile, buy tickets, sign up, send e-mails or call us, or when you buy tickets from a ticket office that uses our ticketing or registration systems. The same applies when you use our websites, apps, social media pages or other media.

We use the information collected to provide the services and products ordered, to comply with the law and to improve our service, marketing and customer support.

When you create a profile, buy tickets, download an app or contact us by phone, we may specifically ask you for permission to use your information for special purposes.

We record and disclose the personal information needed to provide the service / product to you.

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, tel. and email address. We also record your IP address and geolocation.

For special types of events, such as trade fairs, conferences or sports events, you will be asked to enter additional information when registering for that event.

When you purchase a ticket or make registrations on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the right to consent to registration on that person's behalf.

When you purchase a ticket, or sign up for an event, you consent that if you appear on any photos and video footage recorded in connection with the event that these must be used digitally and analogously by us and our Affiliates.

AffiliatesWe sell tickets and receive registrations on behalf of third parties (Affiliates) who host or sponsor events, or run a venue where events are held. We disclose personal information to our Affiliates.

The information collected is used to deliver the services and products ordered, to comply with the law and to improve the Partner's service, marketing and customer support.

If you sign up for a fair / trade show or other event where you have to wear a name tag, an exhibitor at the fair may ask you to scan your name tag. By accepting this, you specifically authorize the exhibitor to access your entered information.

Other companiesWe also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for personal data.

The personal information is registered with BilletExpressen ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.

You have the right to be informed what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can for example be if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it.

You may also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at support@billetexpressen.dk.

Complaints about the processing of personal data can be made to the Data Inspectorate / Datatilsynet, Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 København K.

When using our services, you can specify whether you want to receive news information or offers. If you have signed up, you can always unsubscribe from future inquiries by contacting the organizer and by sending an email to support@billetexpressen.dk

13.Partner Relationships and Links

BilletExpressen contains links to other websites and integrated sites, but cannot be held responsible for the use of personal data by third parties, which may take place on these sites, unless other is stated by Danish law.
